Maybe but that is not what a number of posters have said here. We will soon see. Other posters have suggested that this is an ad hoc CR, someone just came along and made an offer Mx couldnt refuse. The investor presentation followed by the Far Eastern synopsis looks entirely contrived to me. Lastly I cant see it being in the interest of retail SH to raise at 2c rather than 4c when the alleged imminent MR is out, Far Eastern described this as an SP driver. I was led to believe money was good til then.
