Yeah MEI did one when they bought their recent project in Australia. A double trading halt for more time to get the more than usual Ts and Cs signed off. Might be something of similar complexity here. I vaguely remember another Goldie and it was related to legal issues but that announcement wasn't a capital raising just the double trading halt.
