My thoughts are the raise would have to be at a premium. Alot of small gold explorers lately have doubled their SP since raising cash.

Something to think about is for anyone to build a sizeable position in HRZ on market is next to impossible. There just isn't that much supply.

Are we looking to raise, or were we approached..

As far as Nimbus and Silver price goes, it's betting on Silver staying high for many years, not just 1 or 2.

Lots of exciting things happening with this Co atm, glad to have held.
