    Hopefully this is why TH was announced. RocketLab said recently that they've fixed the previous issue and upgraded their rockets. Meanwhile InSpace did not rule out retrying for another launch. Maybe RocketLab agreed to retry at no extra cost to protect their rep or it was in the original contract.
