Agree with these comments...They are creating growth at a very aggressive rate but at some stage I hope the returns will cover the ever growing salaries and these CR's stop.

The fact that there are 2 capital raising in sequence is intriguing.. perhaps related to an acquisition or investment. The US Housing is JV so that suggests we'd have to contribute so perhaps associated with that.
