You are correct, this announcement is only part one of this process, the panic selling seen yesterday was just that PANIC ! & some profit takers getting in on the fear of possible bad news and many buying back in today.
I looked at it this way Mr Ecoool2 pointed out in his last post :
Even if the MSB share price does have a bit of downward pressure for a few days after the Adcomm, attention will soon flip to the much bigger announcement, which is the early Sep readout of the Covid-19 ARDS
We all need to be patient and reap the rewards in due time.
