The directors have a heck of a lot of skin in this stock and if they want to maintain their holding percent they will be up for easily 50% of the raise. Thats taking into account the near 25% dilution from the proposed Greenland project acquisition.
If the raise is $1,000,000 I can't see the directors putting in $500,000.00. There has got to be a sophisticated investor involved.
Anyway we may find out tomorrow.
