Retail investors have previously failed to fill the SPP and takes far longer than dealing with institutional investors, resulting in a prolonged period of SP decline. Why would you buy into an SPP when you can wait for it to drop to the reduced level anyway? A CR was inevitable and im glad it wasnt a retail raise.
