Good points, but Pallinghurst surely overplayed their hand when the options they held with Smedvig expired in December 2018. They must be kicking themselves they did not exercise at the time. Clearly Willis leaving the board of TLG means that your suggested financing structure of a loan against options never materialised. 20 million shares in this capital raising is minimally dilutive and provides plenty of funding to the point of the coming JV with Mitsui & Co
