I'm going to give this CR a miss. I think the company has great potential and long holders will one day see a much higher share price, but I don't think a company that listed less than a year ago should going back to investors to ask for more money. It suggests that management lacked proper understanding of the company's financial needs when they did their first CR (i.e the IPO).

A great company with enormous potential. Start small go big. No point raising lots of money in IPO to disappoint investors. Coy has made many inroads since IPO. I too have faith in OSX, hope you’ll join in the party when OSX trades at $2
