I'm going to give this CR a miss. I think the company has great potential and long holders will one day see a much higher share price, but I don't think a company that listed less than a year ago should going back to investors to ask for more money. It suggests that management lacked proper understanding of the company's financial needs when they did their first CR (i.e the IPO).

I was always sceptical about the small amount of money OSX went for in the IPO, it seemed far too low for a company selling a new and unique product while competing against very big players with established products and relationships. The marketing budget alone seemed tiny – I would have thought marketing should be a big part of the budget for such a company. I think management should have thought more about their real capital requirements before the IPO and gone for a more realistic figure, and they should think about it more now too. I don't know, but I can't imagine $5 million is enough to cover marketing, R&D, and all the other expenses OSX will have to pay before serious revenue starts rolling in. Better to go for a larger amount once than several smaller amounts.

All that being said, I have faith in OSX, its products, management and outlook.
