Dylanj, how much Cayenne pepper you putting in the water? I have asthma too and would like to get off the inhaler I take daily. I know about Cayenne for most of the conditions for the above. Never tried it though. It is in the miracle cure category from what I have heard about it. We/my family try to avoid as many drugs as we can if possible and stick to herbal medicines. On MXC.
