I cannot answer that as I cannot give out medical advice.
But on a separate topic, we enjoy some lightly spiced water (1/4 teaspoon caynene in 1/4 cup of water, we then raised the amount of CP from there as per our taste) For us it is a beverage recipe, and at the end of the day, I have never come across or heard about a CP threshold beyond taste and heat ;-)
