Always disappointing to see a capital raising, especially so soon after the last one. Hopefully it's a strategic investor. It's also strange to apply for a double trading halt. Normally you have a trading halt followed by a voluntary trading suspension until the capital raising is wrapped up if it can't be done in a couple of days.
