I think this capital raising will prove to be a major positive .Drilling is expensive and if the company doesn't drill the shares will just sit and linger .If the board wants to increase the value of the company they must prove up substantial resources to be mined. The company has a small number of shares on issue so it can afford to raise capital without diluting too much. This may also give Kingwest the opportunity to enact a SPP to give shareholders an opportunity to increase their holdings.In my opinion this is a very good time to make this move with gold making new highs in US $ terms as well as AUD$ terms. Yes the gold price will go up and down but the trend is upwards and that is positive.
