It's poor form from them if they are actually that close to a deal. If $5 million is the true number they should at least be running a rights issue side by side with the private $5 million.
The way I see it they're up s**t creek without a paddle if they don't land an off-take deal pre-sept so I suspect they're hedging their bets so as to not be cash-less by the end of summer should we end up with SK 2.0.
It's a shocker for anyone who has held longer than 2 years. Thankfully I'm not one of them.
