I can understand how your hubris/arrogance allows you to believe that you are the only person on HC that realises the impacts of dilution on the value of a company. You describe it in complex terms in your 1+1 example of how dilution works.
Perhaps thats why you failed to show how dilution should be considered in terms of what the company could potentially be worth, because it would just be too difficult for us plebs to understand. Yet you think adding ~10m to the market cap from the previous raise has a huge negative impact on an asset that could be worth 100’s of millions if not billions, but that doesn’t matter as $10m is a huge portion of 100’s of million and especially billions.
Keep teaching us all on HC about the intricacies of dilution. Next time though would you mind including some pictures with your explanation too? It will compliment your 1+1 example and help the rest of HC be on your level .
