3D Resources Limited (ASX: DDD) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of 3D Resources Limited (‘DDD’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of DDD, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 28 August 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
3D Resources Limited (the Company) herby requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) for its quoted securities.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 the Company advises:
The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement concerning the Company’s Cosmo Newbery Gold Project;
The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the relevant announcement being released to the market, or pre-open (10am) Friday 28 August 2020; and
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading in its securities should not be temporarily halted.
