As at 30 June they had 2.5m on hand after that raise of 1.4m.
I'd rather go for your 2nd point also, get say 3m+ to go all the way if you think you can get to a mine. If they can get it of course. Maybe based on some preliminary info they've been approached by someone who has the cash.
