Neither does finalisation of negotiations do they?
You got nothing until they sign on the dotted line - the rest is postulating and BS and that can take months?
Should they run to the ASX and give us a 'blow by blow' on what is going on during any negotiation/s?
How many times might terms $$$ etc have changed right up until they 'signed' in this covid environment.
What happened overnight is material and concrete - nothing else was prior to putting pen to paper, in my opinion.
