she doesn't need to she has a sh!t ton of them already. she has every right to sell shares in the manner that she has. do you know that a company goes public in order to raise funds to expand growth. people winging about a cap raise to fund a manufacturing facility in china to massively expand production, gee why would they need to do that... come on!
