Well, yes, but ILUA's are signed with a native title claimant group. When the claimant group's claim is rejected, there is no legal standing. The company and the family groups who were involved in the claim may have an arrangement, but native title all revolves around the family groups proving connection to the land, and being recognised as the Prescribed Body Corporate to represent the claim.
It's a bit of a pickle.
