I hope that $3 million CR is 5.5 or above. It's fully underwritten so the left overs are taken up by cancord. I personally don't want a discount. It's already discounted IMO.

The $2 mill I don't mind if it's mutually beneficial.

Like I said I had the company at 8-10 cents before the TH so anything under 8 cents is a bargain. Just look at the rev.
Do the maths on the financials and current quarter again. The numbers don't lie!
