I guess the disappointment is that if the court had ruled in Primero's favour, they would get 16.9m immediately (the court are sitting on the funds).
I suspect it now goes back to the original SOPA process and from memory that did not take as long as the supreme court (and you would hope that if Primero had sufficient evidence for the claim the 1st time, that SOPA will rule in the same way the 2nd time around).
Added complication would be whether to bundle the rest of the amount into the process (perhaps that may delay proceedings?!?)
