This is nothing but sheer frustration of BIT ordinary investors for loosing money day after day! Firstly, investors paid too much for BIT without realising that BIT is already over-priced and over-valued!
For me, it would have been better for BIT to continue with BIT-225 drug next phase trial and development rather than getting into COVID-19 quagmire!
I don't know but it seems that BIT might have thought that it could buy some time from COVID-19 situation!
Overall, not a wise decision.
