This will then make PAA Cashflow Positive for the next 19 years ,
Deal will be based on a flat yearly amount with % of escalating sales "Global Sales"
PAA will become a closed shop,,, the share register will remain and the company will never require to complete a CR again.
With the heavy cash flow PAA will be able to accelerate Human Cancer Trials.
This in my Opinion ,Human Cancer trial is only an application away...
Pills are being reformulated , looks like BRI are to complete this.
PAA have carved years off the commercialisation period by always running GMP truly Manufactured Pills,, these are not a high end R and D batch that then has to be reversed engineered to meet a Price Point and Efficacy. PAA are testing small manufactured runs of the actual medication. so upon the correct dose and positive trial results ,,, just hit the buton. (Plus the FDA like this process)
Running simultaneously PAA will file the application for a "Humane Cov19 Trial" this will allow them to administer MPL "Covi-Pantel" to ICU patients that have failed all standard of care. The final resort....
Eli Lilly may then become a close friend,,, if you read the Bio's of the brains trust at PAA you will see how deep the relationship runs.

Upon succesful trialing WHO come on board ,, I just can't see the delivery of a Vaccine to remote areas ,, where as MPL can be dropped as tablets with simple instructions, Vaccines must be kept with in a Temp range or you are just injecting a dead vaccine..
I could be well off centre and Elan may just want to buy out the K9 side entirely ,, that is what happened to Aratana ,, $245m USD was the buy price and Aratana SH were paid out in 30 days in Elan shares from the ink drying..
OR Elanco take the 90m shares in Escrow at a premium and we have a fortune 500 blue chip as a 24% cornerstone SH.....
