Let's give them credit when it is due. At least they knew there is no point trying to fool SHs or "Sophisticated investors". Can you imagine being that poor sophisticated DUMB AR$ "investor" who paid 6 cents for this not long ago?!?!
2nd credit when it is due: They are FINALLY being transparent about the TROUBLE! Official debt is not something you can hide!
3rd credit when due: At least they are giving holders some in advanced heads up before a possible sudden trading halt , suspension, administration and then insolvancy.
