Cheers, yes I edited the above comment because I posted it before reading that. I think you're probably spot on about the shaky market aspect, especially considering global conditions regarding escalating geopolitical tensions, trade wars, Covid etc. Locking the raise in after our recent run de-risks all of those things to a good degree
