I was wrong about the strategic side and this is disappointing.

But it is a fact that we were well cashed up already.

6.7m$ at 30/6 plus 2.3m$ raised by issuing 8m shares via the CPA agreement early august.
On top of that, we have another 12m$ remaining on the CPA, so close to 20m$ available total which should have been more than enough to see us through to FID.

Raising so close to the MRE and SS and with that much funds available make it an odd move.

On the brightside, this halt is nicely timed with a market drop and the raise will create a floor price.
