Last I checked, Scott mentioned that funding was not an issue and with Ecopro on board and potential JV, they're cashed up all the way to downstream process. So this looks purely strategic and knowing Scott and the management team, I've no doubt in their plans. Hopefully the Cap Raise isn't too much
