haha - not really. From the moment it went into a Trading Halt to sort out a speeding ticket something was up. They couldn't respond with the standard "nothing to see here" response. Vol Suspension just a bit of time to dot i's and cross t's before details are released - whatever they are; institutional cap raise, retail cap raise, credit facility somewhere, joint venture or combination of things. We do know a cap raise of some kind is happening from the vol suspension announcement, though. just have to wait and see on details.
