In phase2a trial, if I am not mistaken the average reduction was approx.36% above the 24% on SOC.... to clarify the 36% is on TOP...

DoctorBrad mentioned multiple times before that anything above 15% reduction on TOP of the SOC is deemed CLINICALLY significant.....

there is also a mention on the company website that any reduction above 30% will increase time of dialysis by 3-5 years reduce health cost by 100k per patient per year.... this is what I believe is the ultimate goal for any health care system...

just a clarification.... I assume 30% reduction (used for health economics benefits) is from baseline (I.e. without any treatment).... and not above the SOC...

if so, than unless we are really really unlucky ... I see no reason why tomorrow we won't get positive news..
