As @singhgu pointed out, anything above 15% reduction above SOC is significant. I remember Dr David Packham saying that as well, if my memory serves me correct.
So we have phase 2a open trial at just under 36% above SOC. The top responders were diabetic patients.
FSGS was 29% above SOC and this is the one most were worried about.
We are going to be well over 15% above standard of care tomorrow.
