What rubs me up the wrong way about this capital raising is that management clearly stated it wasn't the plan- at least that's what they informed shareholders last month.
So it reads one of two things:
1. They didn't tell the truth to shareholders at that time.
2. Strategic planning in this company only runs a maximum 3 weeks ahead.
I am a little disappointed but not frustrated enough to reduce my holdings. The tech and story are sound. Just that management need to take a long hard look at themselves.
