No you did not know that the processing plant and infrastructure is worth $80 Mil, it has never been stated before and there is no current gold development company is building a 600Ktpa plant for you to benchmark against. IMHO it is material, because that is a statement from the company that values an asset they own. It almost the same as a company stating that "they own approximately $1Bil worth of gold" before a resource is announced.
You seriously need to do more research before jumping to foolish conclusions.
Don't take this as an attack. Learn from it. You need to read, read and re-read. IMO, will save you from making stupid mistakes.
