I personally think that HCT IS about to announce they have entered into a joint venture, with a company that has signed a deal with the us government to supply 400million cancer vaccine cures (however HCT has nothing to do with the deal between the jv partner and the us government)
or they could have found the flux capacitor from Marty mcflys time machine and are now going back in time and destroying covid before it comes out...
both are highly probable announcments
