    ok, so done and dusted, we go back a bit to 15.8% of DEG which I don't like, but is fractional I suppose.

    actually this works out ok for us retail guys for once? The DGO insiders cough up 12 million to keep us at near-16% of DEG, and in my opinion that will be the end of it, the 100 million will take DEG to the end game whatever that will be.

    In return the insiders get the options at 4.50 in DGO.

    Seems fair for small holders?
