Fully explains the capping that’s been happening. CR had to happen and was flagged on a number of occasions in company reports. Should be happening at 40 cents but apparently 20 was the target. I trust minnow shareholders will get a crack at “cheap” shares. Likely though they will go to corporates who didn’t want to buy on market.
