I believe the company can only issue up to 15% of just under 400 million shares in new shares.
So 60 million shares can be issued as of right with share holder approval needed for more than that.
From my reckoning they are limited to raising $12 million in CR in the absence of shareholder approval.
doesn’t seem like enough so will need a general meeting.
