I have no problem with the CR decision.

The pointers suggest that Frugl potentially could be a massive source of free data for the consumer and then custom packaged to provide valuable data for major buying groups.

Technology is the future and business knows it must be embraced or they come second.

Hopefully Frugl will raised at least $3,000,000 to speed up the momentum re awareness campaign, app ongoing developments and assistance to target major buyers of the data packages.

The key will be whether the management are now serious about building a business or once again getting sticky fingers when the money jar is filled up.

This a once in life time opportunity for Sean Smith the CEO/Director  to demonstrate that he has changed the culture and fortunes surrounding this listing.

There will not be another one.
