small thinking - assuming its a cap raise done at reasonable raise point
as i said before ard cap raised at 5c with 5.7c sp on market and went back to it, ivr cap raised at 3c with a 4.2csp and only went back to 3.5c briefly intraday
pmy is easily the most investable silver stock on asx currently so shouldnt need to offer those kind of overdone discounts. the ivr one was basically larceny
discount, size of raise etc are all pointers to mgt and project quality. PMY has a superb hand.
