Dathomir (15%) and the Cominere (25%) are two separate Entities.
The Cominere is a State owned Entity (Government) and Dathomir is Private.
The Government has always been keen on Dathomir selling down their percentage to get the project going.
AVZ has option to buy 5% of Dathomir as announced and now hopefully they can aquire the remaining 10%.
DRC Government will still be involved.
