perhaps the Congo gov/dathomir realised that they need to give AVZ some of their holdings back so that we can obtain the funding we need to go mining + benefit all 3 parties in the long run? Big picture/long term view perhaps is more important than holding on to their stake + securing bad finance deals/lower profits? or perhaps they read my post about buying a new Hermes pajamas + bathtub filled with money and decided to give us the extra 5% stake to turn my dream into a reality. who knows...
