    Do you (or anyone else) have comments on this scenario being a possible successful method of funding without further dilution?

    This would mean that the TECH project would be 100% funded through loans - Is this possible?

    OR will PM1 require a 25% (30%) equity to a 75% (70%) loan ratio?
