I would not consider 2 million of 1 billion huge MAV - but yes it has raised some eyebrows yet if only one knew beforehand and at 4 minutes before the close - It's not substantial and I would not read much into it.
At least we have an answer on Wednesday if not before and if it were negative one would think a standard company announcement to make further minor details to receive approval not a full trading halt. Perhaps approval with strings attached still.

I suggested Friday arvo the seller would regret it Monday - Monday was it for me for ann to balance other international trading platforms.
