I think some were taken by surprise because James the director hadnt said "we are running a little low on cash so yes a raise will be required shortly, not sure when".
I'm not surprised many might be dissapointed, took me a long time to learn only 4c will tell you. You can even email directors directly and ask if a cr is likely, they would not tell you. They would be mad or in trouble if they did!
