why a CR now and not after the phase 1 trial results are out? If I remember correctly phase 1 was scheduled to be completed or perhaps started this year. A positive result would most certainly lift the SP considerably and I don't think RCE would have trouble raising the capital needed for phase 2 studies.
If the phase 1 result is bad it would be game over and no more money needed.
