firstly its what recce needed fully funded on the unexpected widening opportunity in multiple applications from that budgeted only a year ago! Including perhaps an efficacious covid therapy
minimal issue of shares to achieve full funding for exploring all these opportunities - say 180 mill on issue with some 35pct held by insiders
introduction of new major institutions likely taking a piece of whats on offer and retail short termers likely excluded
if this isnt highly over subscribed id eat my hat again
if new entrants need / desire to establish a relevant shareholding after the placement distribution the stock will remain highly sought
if you guys are hoping to get in anywhere near the placement price im sorry for your likely disappointment in advance

cascading news coming in over the three months will more likely see $2 than $1.50
