Just for the record, the last CR was for around $2m in February 2020. The issue price was 5 cents. After that, the share price dropped substantially but now has strongly recovered. Existing shareholders were diluted by that CR, but most are now SUBSTANTIALLY in the money. Thanks to the post from Big_Budda1, it seems YOJ is now raising $15m at 20 cents in order to "fast track" growth. Seems a positive for all shareholders - take advantage of both the short-term Covid opportunities and get a strategic long-term position. Yojee's main success is with the big logistics operators. For them to commit to a new technology, it's a big decision and they won't swap providers in a hurry. The other positive is that sophisticated investors are prepared to punt on a 20 cent entry. DYOR.
