The company has AUD $5.5M so the capital raise is probably from a group/company who wants a sizeable stake in the company. I am hoping, and I will not be surprised if this is one of the potential JV partners. AVL is arguably the best vanadium-focused stock in Australia with good prospects in the steel and VRFB industries.
